Wiona Arlene Goodrich

1926 – 2025

Longtime Missoula resident Wiona (Nonie) Goodrich passed away peacefully from heart complications.  She was 98 years young.

Born and raised in Darby, Montana she married her soulmate Dave Goodrich in 1945. Living in various cities in Montana, starting and raising their family, they settled in Missoula where Wiona worked at the local Green Stamp store and eventually retired from Missoula's K-Mart.

Wiona's family was her pride and joy while throughout her life she enjoyed many memorable trips, camping, picnics and lazy days on Como and Inez Lake.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Merlyn and Helen Yorton; husband, Dave; brother, Robert; children, Kay, Wade, Alan and granddaughter Kimmie.

Gramma Goodie is survived by her grandchildren, Brian (Mindy) of Illinois and Karissa Goodrich of Great Falls; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close friend Pam Redding.  Wiona will rest at Lone Pine Cemetery in Darby alongside her husband, children and parents.
