Hamilton - Teresa A. Sorenson, 68, passed away in the night, due to a Stroke, Sunday, February 18, 2024, at the St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula. Brothers Mortuary & Crematory are honored to care for Teresa A. Sorenson.

Teresa Sorenson passed away Feb. 18, 2024, in Missoula, Montana. Her two children, Jamie and Josh, and her sister, Nancy, were able to be with her at her time of passing.

Teresa was born Sept. 17, 1955, in Minot, North Dakota, to Ron and Donna Sorenson. She was the oldest of five siblings. Teresa's daughter, Jamie Higley, has three children; Jordyn, Jayden and Jaxon, and son Josh Heller has two children. She lived the majority of her life in Hayden Lake, Idaho.

Teresa was a machinist by trade and was very good at what she did. Her family always thought she should work at a veterinarian's office because of her love for animals. All animals. Throughout her life, she rescued many hurt or sick animals and with so much love and tenderness, helped heal them. Taking care of animals was definitely her calling.

Teresa is survived by her two children and grandchildren, her sister Nancy, and brother-in-law Don and their children, Brad and Bret MacDonald, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Scott, Craig and Kevin Sorenson.

There will be no service held per Teresa's wishes.
