Missoula - Susan C. Richards, 73, passed away peacefully early in the morning, Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula with family by her side.  She attended and graduated from Upland High School in Califonia.  

Susan was in banking for most of her life and then went on to breeding, showing dogs and riding horses.  

Her parents Robert and Barbara Richards are deceased.

She is survived by her husband James Sartor in Corvallis;  daughter Stephanie Kepier-Young; son James Kepier Jr.; sisters Nancy Richards - Panse, and Cathy Richards - Pearing; brother Robert Richards.
