Rick loved watching television, his favorites were sport teams, watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, he was so smart and good at answering the questions.  He loved his family and friends so much he told Anita everyday that he loved her and thanked her for her love and care for him, also he loved and missed his two fur children (Joey and Cheedars).

Rick easily made friends with his sense of humor and jokes, he loved socializing and still had close friends for over 60 years.  He loved going for drives to look for wildlife.  In his 40's and 50's he loved flying his airplane up and down the west coast.

He served in the Army from August 28, 1968 until his honorable discharge February 1, 1971

Rick married Anita Olbricht June 19, 1983.

He was a dental tech for 51 years, he worked for dental labs and then he owned his own.

He loved photography, going to the gym and having a private pilot's license, along with acquiring a twin and instrument rating.

He was preceded in death by his Father Dave and Mother Yvonne Davies.

Rick is survived by wife Anita Davies, Daughter Jessica Davies, Grandson Dawsen Mage, Brothers John and wife Gala and Peter, sister Jennifer and husband Mike, niece Nicole Hughes and family, Nephews, Johnnie Davies and James Davies.

A special thank you to the Doctors, nurses and medical staff at the St. Patrick Hospital and especially the ICU floor, they gave Rick excellent care, love and support.  They also gave his wife, Anita love and support.
