Lee Joseph Dursma, 87, of Missoula, passed away on Wednesday September 11th, 2024, at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana.

Lee is survived by his sons Rob (Robin) Dursma, and Charles Dursma, sisters Linda LaRue and Rae (Jack) Jerrel, grandchildren Lauren (Brandon) Steele, Aimee (Tim) Hill, Gharett (Mikaela) Dursma, Kristen (Jason) Braun, and Stephanie (Levi) Glendenning, and great-grandchildren Ashley and Jordan Braun, Isaac and Breann Glendenning, Declan, Kiernan, and Lachlan Dursma, Gwenevere Steele, and Rainier Hill due in January 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry "Slim" and Doris Dursma, siblings Dallas, Irma, Elsie, Pearl, Dale, Curt, and Sena, along with his wives Linda Dursma and Ardith Dursma.

Lee was married to Linda Dursma in March of 1959. They were married for 47 years before Linda passed away from complications of an autoimmune disease in December of 2006. Lee and Linda had two children, Rob and Charles. Lee was then remarried to Ardith Dursma in January of 2009.

Lee's hobbies included stock car racing, hunting, fishing, birdwatching, spending time with his church friends, and spending time with his grandkids.

Lee will be remembered for his boisterous laugh, generosity, empathy, and giving nature.

A celebration of life will be held on September 21st, 2024 at 1:00pm at Hope Baptist Church,located at 7498 Zaugg Drive, Missoula, MT, 59802.
