Darby: Kathleen Susan Lahey, 75, passed away early in the morning, Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at home with her husband of 46 years by her side.

Kathleen Bowersox was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 23, 1949 to Robert and Edith Bowersox. They moved to the central coast of California when Kathy was young, and she lived there for nearly 50 years. She met and married David Lahey in 1978. Together they built a cleaning business and raised three children, daughters, Lana and Jenna and son, Neil. They moved to Montana together in the late 1990s where they continued the cleaning business.

Kathleen enjoyed painting, photography and the outdoors. Together with Dave, they were devout in their faith in Jesus, attending the Roots Fellowship.

She battled cancer bravely for over five years, but early on Christmas morning, her fight ended with Dave by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived by her husband, Dave, and their three children, Lana, Jenna and Neil.
