Karen Somerset died of natural causes on the morning of her 75th birthday July 11th, 2026. She has left behind family and friends who miss her tremendously and countless numbers of nurses, doctors, and caregivers who were lucky enough to have worked with Karen during her beloved career as a registered nurse. Her love of reading was unmatched. She reveled living among the pine trees in Montana, a childhood dream realized. A celebration of life will be held in the evening on August 12th, 2026.
