Judith Ann Bulley (Smith) was born to Lowell Wilbur and Bessie Ann Smith on June 26, 1942 in South Bend, Indiana.  She was raised on the family farm in Indiana with her sisters, Linda and Patricia and her brother Eric.

Her family later moved to California, and then to Tucson, Arizona, where she graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School and met the love of her life, Gary Bulley.

They married on July 2, 1960 and in 1968, their only child, Wendy, was born.

Gary and Judy retired to Montana in 1996.

Judy passed on May 26, 2021  and is survived by her husband, Gary, daughter, Wendy St. Clair (Jeff), grandson Logan St. Clair (Courtney) and great-grandson, Asher.
