Obituary

Clayton Chris Morlock, 67, of Hamilton passed away Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018.  He was born Aug. 18, 1951, in Carrington, ND, the son of the late Edmond R. and Genevieve L. (Butts) Morlock.

The family left North Dakota in Aug. 1957 moving to White Sulphur Springs, and later to Victor in August 1959.  He graduated from Victor High School in June 1969. Clayton married Patricia Moore July 7, 1970, later divorcing in 1974.  During this union, Monica Morlock was born Oct. 31, 1970. He served in the Armed Forces from Jan. 15, 1971 for a short time before receiving an honorable discharge on July 23, 1971.  He later remarried Debbie Hochhalter and again divorced.

Clayton worked as a sawyer and drove logging trucks along with being an over the road truck driver.

Clayton was a member of the Hamilton's Eagles Lodge #1693.

Clayton is survived by his daughter Monica Morlock of Florence and granddaughter Kayla Johnson of Polson, and his brothers Gerald and Charles both of Missoula, Tom of Spokane, Bonnie Sacks of Sula, and several nephews and nieces.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brother's Mortuary and Crematory.  No formal service will be held.

A potluck and Celebration of Life will be held at Hamilton Eagle Lodge #1693 at 125 N. 2 nd Street, on Sat. Nov. 17 at 1:00pm.

The family suggests memorials to Eagles Lodge #1693, or donor's choice.
