Barbara Jeanne Herr was called home on Sunday July 21, 2024, with her loving husband of 69 years, Donald, by her side.

Barbara Jeanne Williams was born November 27, 1929 in Toledo, OH,

She married Donald Herr on March 26, 1955. They were married for over 69 years, and had three children: Kim (Hank) Lutz, Mark Herr and Pamela (Mark) Van Deusen.

They moved to Fresno, CA in 1968 and lived there for 25 years. Upon retiring they moved to O'Brien, OR where they lived for 22 years. In 2015, they moved back to Pollock Pines, CA to be near their children. Eventually they moved to Hamilton, MT to be near their daughter who had moved to Montana in 2019.

Barbara loved it in Montana despite the dementia that required special care. Now she is sleeping in Jesus waiting for his return to call up the righteous to be re-united with beloved family. Thank God for that assurance of bringing family together again and going home to be with the Lord in Heaven.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Don Herr of Hamilton, her brother Bob (Carol) Williams, three loving children: Kim (Hank) Lutz of Rescue, CA, Mark Allen Herr of Placerville, CA and Pamela (Mark) Van Deusen of Victor, Montana, as well as ten grandchildren, Nathan (Sarah), Amanda, Callie, Jasen (Brandice), Britiany (Ryan), Jourdan (Cori), Lauren (Gary), Olivia (Drew), William and Elisse (Mike), as well as fourteen great grandchildren, including Ayden, Aria, Luke, Weston, Alexander, Eliana,, Zachariah, Wesley, Kinsley, Chloe, Wren, Isla, Raelynn and Cole. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles and mother Donna as well as her brother Richard.

She was greatly loved and will be missed.
